Who we are
KLVSH (klvsh.com) is run by KomBlocks SA, Rue Rousseau 9, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (CHE-160.161.653), which is responsible for your data. Contact for any privacy question: admin@klvsh.com.
What we collect
Reading the site needs no account. We use no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies.
If you create an account: your e-mail address, your chat name, your language, the messages you post with their time, and reports you make.
A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary and is deleted when you sign out.
Your IP address is used in memory to slow down abuse (too many sign-in attempts or messages). We do not store it. Our host keeps standard technical logs.
Why
To run your account and the chat (the service you ask for) and to keep the chat safe through moderation and abuse prevention (our legitimate interest).
Where and with whom
The site, the database and the e-mail box are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Sign-in e-mails are sent from admin@klvsh.com through Infomaniak.
If you mention @KLVSH_AI in the chat, your message and the recent messages of that room (names and texts) are sent to Infomaniak's AI service in Switzerland to write the answer.
Official video players (Twitch, YouTube) load only after you click to play. From that moment the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and their records are deleted after 90 days. Expired sessions are deleted.
Your account and messages are kept until you ask us to delete them. Messages removed by moderation stay stored for moderation and legal claims until the account is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to admin@klvsh.com. We answer within 30 days.
You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
