Who we are

KLVSH (klvsh.com) is run by KomBlocks SA, Rue Rousseau 9, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland (CHE-160.161.653), which is responsible for your data. Contact for any privacy question: admin@klvsh.com.

What we collect

Reading the site needs no account. We use no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Audience measurement, only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner: we then set a random visitor ID cookie (klvsh_vid, 13 months) and record, on our own servers, the pages you view and key actions (sign-up, sign-in, trades, predictions, follows, chat messages, exports), with the date, language, device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the website you came from. If you are signed in, these events are linked to your account. Nothing is shared or sold; we use it to improve KLVSH and delete it after 13 months. Your choice is kept 6 months in the klvsh_consent cookie; you can change it at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Without your OK, nothing is recorded.

If you create an account: your e-mail address, your chat name, your language, the messages you post with their time, the reports you make, your predictions with their points, and for KLVSH Arena your play-money wallet, trades and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. Your name, picks, trades and scores can appear on public leaderboards and trade lists.

If you win a weekly reward, we keep the VIP pass you received (tier, start and end dates) and the checks made before awarding it. VIP passes cannot be bought and have no cash value. Your dashboard is built from the data above and is visible only to you.

A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary and is deleted when you sign out.

If you follow robots, we keep the list of robots you follow; only the total number of fans per robot is public.

If you answer the question of the day, we keep the days you answered, to count your streak.

If you turn on notifications, we keep your browser's push address (supplied by your browser's push service, e.g. Google, Apple or Mozilla), your language and the topics you chose, and a log of the notifications sent so none is sent twice. Messages go through that push service. You can turn notifications off at any time in Me or your dashboard, or in your browser settings; the address is then deleted.

If you install the KLVSH app on your phone or computer, your device keeps a copy of the site's files and of the pages you opened (service worker cache) so the app starts fast and works offline. This copy stays on your device; you remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing the site's data in your browser.

Your IP address is used in memory to slow down abuse (too many sign-in attempts or messages). We do not store it. Our host keeps standard technical logs.

Why

To run your account and the chat (the service you ask for) and to keep the chat safe through moderation and abuse prevention (our legitimate interest).

Where and with whom

The site, the database and the e-mail box are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Sign-in e-mails are sent from admin@klvsh.com through Infomaniak.

If you mention @KLVSH_AI in the chat, your message and the recent messages of that room (names and texts) are sent to Infomaniak's AI service in Switzerland to write the answer.

Official video players (Twitch, YouTube) load only after you click to play. From that moment the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long

Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and their records are deleted after 90 days. Expired sessions are deleted.

Your account and messages are kept until you ask us to delete them. Messages removed by moderation stay stored for moderation and legal claims until the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to admin@klvsh.com. We answer within 30 days.

You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
